The Wonder of the World

Life-Changing Beauty: The Art of Paris

PictureJardin du Luxembourg, Paris
Join me in Paris, the City of Light, for a journey that will profoundly enrich your life.  Arguably the most beautiful city in the world, Paris abounds in stunning architecture and exquisite gardens, masterpieces of Western art and Impressionist masterpieces and inspiring medieval cathedrals, the world's most delicious pastries and of sculptures and sculptural bridges arching over the Seine river and flooded with light.  In this dynamic, educational seminar/tour of Paris, you will explore some of the city's unforgettable museums, savor the rich flavors of its food and culture,
a city of art an gardens and culture and an exquisite attention to detail.

But this is no ordinary tour of Paris, and you'll never be just a silent, passive tour follower.  When you join me in Paris, my favorite city in the world, you'll be an active participant on a journey designed to re-awaken your senses, connect you to your own creativity, deepen your sense of appreciation and gratitude,  ignite wonder and awe, and inspire you with a radically expanded sense of possibility in your own life.

Hemingway famously called Paris a "moveable feast."
We’ll do more than merely point out the cafes where writers, artists, and philosophers gathered – we’ll take a seat and continue the conversation of what their themes meant and still help us to live meaningfully today.  We’ll go beyond merely visiting the best museums in the world;
After you leave the seminar the journey continues -- You will return home feeling deepened and expanded, armed with a conviction of how rich life can – and should – be.   Reserve your spot now!

I bring to this journey over fifteen years of studying art and art history, including several research visits behind the scenes at the Louvre; expertise in literature and philosophy, and a surplus of personal, practical experience in Paris, acquired over more than a decade’s worth of visits to Paris. I know the famous sites well, but I will also share my discoveries of the secret corners that make the city so magical. I also speak French, which will help you get the most out of your experience here as a real traveler, not just a tourist.  You'll never be just a silent, passive tour follower; when you join me in this, my favorite city in the world, you'll be an active participant in a journey that will change how you see the world, and yourself.
